Delivery Enquiries
When do you deliver?
We offer delivery services every day of the week, including weekends.
Our delivery hours are from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
When can my delivery arrive? I have a preferred timing for my delivery.
We understand the importance of timing. Simply provide us with your preferred time range via WhatsApp at 8448 3003 or include a note at the payment page during checkout.
Please note that we can only can deliver from 3PM to 10PM. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Same Day Delivery? Any last order timings?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 9:00 PM. We take pride in our swift service – we'll de-husk, pack, and deliver your order within 2-4hrs. Please note that during peak hours (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM), delivery might take a bit longer due to high demand. Rest assure we'll notify you via WhatsApp if any delays occur.
Quality Enquiries
My Durian is sour, can I get an exchange?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a Durian that doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to self-collect a replacement or let us arrange a convenient delivery on the next day.
Please contact us via WhatsApp at 8448 3003 with valid picture or video proof. Our Durians are de-husked and delivered in room-temperature, please store your durians in the fridge if you are not consuming immediately.
Please note that we can only accept such requests within 1 days of your order.
Are your Durians Fresh?
Absolutely! Our commitment to freshness is unwavering. Our daily supply of Durians arrives at our shop by 2:00 PM, ensuring that you receive nothing but the freshest Durians. We take an additional hour to meticulously sort and prepare your Durians for delivery.
